CHL animated video ads
Each pain gets its own animated style, taken from an animated ad a competitor is running in our category (frames below each). The copy follows that ad's structure, with our pain, our facts and a real named CHL review. No UGC, no realistic AI people. Type stays in the top band, nothing readable below y1440, no in-video button (Meta's Shop Now). Built: Codex stills gated by Opus + Sonnet before animation, Kling 3.0 pro (MiniMax H3 lip-sync for the ADHD characters), Holden and character voices, Remotion cut at -14 LUFS. Not on Meta yet: the CHL Meta Account thread launches them.

Brain Gone by 2 PM?
Primary text
By two in the afternoon your brain has clocked out, and another coffee doesn't bring it back. Avery wrote: “By 2 pm I used to read the same email three times. About three weeks after starting L-methylfolate, I noticed I was answering them and moving on.” The folic acid in most vitamins has to be converted first, and almost half of people carry an MTHFR variant that slows that down. Clean Health Lab is 15 mg of L-methylfolate, already active, in one capsule. Most brands add fillers and stearates. This one has two ingredients, formulated in Canada and bottled in the USA. First bottle free, and it ships free.

Fog Eating Your Afternoons?
Primary text
You slept fine, you had the coffee, and by 2 PM you still can't think straight. Lucas wrote: “I could be awake and still unable to form a clean thought. L-methylfolate has helped a lot with that, especially around 3 pm.” The folic acid in most vitamins is slow to convert for almost half of people, because of a common MTHFR gene variant. Clean Health Lab is 15 mg of the active form, one capsule with breakfast. Read most labels and you'll find magnesium stearate. This one has two ingredients, formulated in Canada and bottled in the USA. First bottle free, and it ships free.

Still Flat On Your Antidepressant?
Primary text
Your antidepressant took the edge off, but most days you still feel flat. Drew stayed on the same antidepressant and added L-methylfolate after talking with a prescriber: “The first change I noticed was wanting to listen to music in the car again. Then I started replying to friends instead of letting messages sit for days.” Clean Health Lab is 15 mg of L-methylfolate, the active form your brain uses, in one small capsule a day. It's two ingredients, with no fillers, stearates or silica, formulated in Canada and bottled in the USA. First bottle free, and it ships free.

Awake at 3 AM Replaying Everything?
Primary text
Awake again at 3 AM, going over everything. Nora wrote: “L-methylfolate has made the anxious chatter less loud at night. I can read for a bit and fall asleep instead of checking the clock while my brain runs in circles.” Your brain needs active folate to make serotonin, and almost half of people carry a gene that makes the folic acid in vitamins hard to use. Clean Health Lab is 15 mg of the active form, one capsule with breakfast. Two ingredients and no fillers or stearates, formulated in Canada and bottled in the USA. First bottle free, and it ships free.

ADHD Crash by 3 PM?
Primary text
ADHD focus gone by 3 PM, and another coffee only makes you wired. Parker wrote: “My ADHD focus normally falls apart right after lunch. L-methylfolate has helped smooth that part of the day out. I can return to a task after a meeting without losing another hour.” Your brain needs active folate to make dopamine. This is 15 mg of it, with no stimulant. Two ingredients, no fillers, no stearates. Formulated in Canada, bottled in the USA. First bottle free, and it ships free.

Still flat on your antidepressant

Our art style
2D screenprint animation: flat two-colour fields (burnt orange, sky blue, sage green), halftone line-engraved silhouettes, black label-chip typography, folate shown as small glyphs passing between hands. Stylised silhouettes only, no realistic people.
First-frame options (Codex, 1 to 3 left to right; my pick: 1, the man watching his own life on TV)
Script (185 spoken words, about 69 s)
HOLDEN (narrator)You still feel flat, even on the antidepressant you take every morning.
HOLDEN (narrator)That's because not everyone's brain gets what it needs from the folate in their food and vitamins.
HOLDEN (narrator)Your brain uses folate to make serotonin and dopamine, but the folic acid in most vitamins has to be converted before your brain can use it.
HOLDEN (narrator)Almost half of people carry a gene called MTHFR that slows that conversion down, and for a lot of them it shows up as that flat, going-through-the-motions feeling.
HOLDEN (narrator)So doctors add L-methylfolate, the active form, alongside the antidepressant. Clean Health Lab makes it as one 15 milligram capsule a day.
HOLDEN (narrator)One reviewer, Drew, said: The first change I noticed was wanting to listen to music in the car again.
HOLDEN (narrator)You already take a pill every morning, so you don't need fillers on top of it. This one has two ingredients. No stearates, no silica. Formulated in Canada, bottled in the USA.

If a man who wakes at 3 AM…
Built on
Our art style
3D glowing anatomy: a translucent blue-glass human figure (no face detail) in a dark room, the brain lit from inside, serotonin as warm amber particles, a bedside clock at 3:00, week labels. No realistic people.
First-frame options (Codex, 1 to 3 left to right; my pick: 2, sitting up at 3 AM, brain spinning)
Script (222 spoken words, about 82 s)
HOLDEN (narrator)If a man who wakes up at 3 AM every night started taking one capsule of active folate every morning for four weeks, this is what would happen.
HOLDEN (narrator)Right now his brain is short on serotonin, the chemical that helps it settle at night. So at 3 AM it starts going over everything, and he can't get back to sleep.
HOLDEN (narrator)Part of the reason is the folic acid in his vitamins, which almost half of people can't fully convert because of a gene called MTHFR.
HOLDEN (narrator)In the first week, the 15 milligrams of L-methylfolate skip that conversion, so his brain finally has the active folate it builds serotonin from.
HOLDEN (narrator)By the second week the thinking at 3 AM is quieter. By the fourth, he's sleeping through most nights instead of lying there watching the clock.
HOLDEN (narrator)One reviewer, Nora, said: I can read for a bit and fall asleep instead of checking the clock while my brain runs in circles.
HOLDEN (narrator)And it isn't packed with fillers like most brands. Two ingredients, no stearates, no silica. Formulated in Canada and bottled in the USA.
HOLDEN (narrator)If 3 AM is when your mind won't shut off, take one capsule with breakfast and see how your nights go. More than 2,600 people have given it five stars. First bottle free, and it ships free. Tap Shop Now.

I'm your 3 PM ADHD crash
Built on
Our art style
3D toy-like creatures inside a glowing brain: a purple villain blob, a coffee cup character, a chalky folic-acid tablet character, and a small translucent capsule hero; vivid, glossy, toy-scale. The real bottle appears only as a composited cutout. No realistic people.
First-frame options (Codex, 1 to 3 left to right; my pick: 3 for the hook, but the villain is too close to Thyro Bloom’s purple blob, so I am redesigning him as our own character)
Script (209 spoken words, about 77 s)
VILLAIN (3 PM crash)I'm your 3 PM ADHD crash. I show up every afternoon right on time, and the email you're reading turns into noise.
VILLAIN (3 PM crash)I feed on low dopamine, and your brain can't make enough of it, because it's short on the folate it builds dopamine from.
COFFEE CUPI'm your third coffee. I can make you wired, but I can't make you focus, and by dinner I've made you short with everyone.
FOLIC ACID TABLETI'm the folic acid in your multivitamin. Almost half of people carry a gene called MTHFR that can't convert me properly, so most of me never reaches your brain.
L-METHYLFOLATE CAPSULEI'm L-methylfolate, 15 milligrams, already active. I skip the conversion and give your brain what it builds dopamine from, and I won't make you crash.
L-METHYLFOLATE CAPSULEOne of my reviewers, Parker, said: My ADHD focus normally falls apart right after lunch. I can return to a task after a meeting without losing another hour.
L-METHYLFOLATE CAPSULEAnd flip my bottle over. Two ingredients. No fillers, no stearates, no silica. Formulated in Canada, bottled in the USA.
L-METHYLFOLATE CAPSULEIf your focus is gone by 3, let me take that shift. Over 2,600 people gave me five stars. First bottle free, and it ships free. Tap Shop Now, and I'll show up at 3 instead of him.
