Confirm before printing

  1. "100% Certified Organic" vs "100% Organic". The regulation only defines "100 percent organic" and "organic". This label uses "100% ORGANIC". The listing images, A+ pages and bottle artwork still say "100% Certified Organic": OneCert should approve either, or those need re-lettering.
  2. OneCert pre-approval of the label, exact "Certified organic by ..." wording (OneCert vs the NOP legal name; research found OneCert, 2124 Y St, Lincoln NE, and a separate OneCert International Pvt Ltd in India), and that this product is on Wholesale Botanics' organic certificate.
  3. Species. "Boswellia serrata" needs the supplier COA to say it.
  4. Country of origin (Customs marking for imports): not guessed. Add "Product of ___" (space reserved: set `ORIGIN` in `build_label.py`).
  5. Net contents type: capitals are 0.066 in (min 0.0625); lowercase "m" in "mL" is smaller. Counsel can say if that matters.
  6. FDA category (cosmetic vs other for a diffuser-only oil) decides whether MoCRA and 21 CFR 701 apply; the label meets them either way. If safety is not substantiated a warning is required (21 CFR 740.10).
  7. Barcode (UPC/GTIN) not on the label; add if the retailer needs one. Amazon FBA uses its own sticker.
  8. Printer: RGB PDF (seal CMYK values converted); ask for a proof on the real stock before a run. Dieline corner radius not applied.
