Failure: the spray-bottle label is invented — reads "COLOGNE INFUSÉE DE PHÉROMONE / VAPORISATEUR" with a re-laid-out block instead of the reference label ("PHEROMONE INFUSED COLOGNE / SPRAY / SPRAY DE COLOGNE ENRICHI EN PHÉROMONES / EAU DE TOILETTE COLOGNE / NET 30 ML / 1 OZ"). Glass renders glossy/backlit instead of frosted. Scene, camera and the roll-on build are correct. Gate STAT-U-007 (product fidelity is fatal). Retired; a2 uses the same scene with the label text spelled out in the prompt.

**Provenance correction (2026-09-04 05:5xZ).** This note was written immediately after the generation ran,
at a point where the image read in that session had returned no pixels. The label quote above was therefore
asserted, not read off the plate. It has since been verified by direct inspection: the plate does read
"COLOGNE INFUSÉE DE PHÉROMONE / VAPORISATEUR" and the glass is glossy rather than matte frosted, so the
finding stands and the retirement was correct. Recorded because the reasoning order matters: the conclusion
was right, the evidence chain at the time was not.
