Operator: "the hand one looks really fake… the hand looks super fake and the roll-on doesn't look right… doesn't really match our actual roll-on… doesn't look like a real shot."

Producer analysis: generated hands read synthetic (waxy skin, soft knuckle geometry) and the roll-on was rendered as a stubby lip-gloss tube about one-third of the spray bottle's height instead of the reference's slim cylinder (~85% of bottle height, red cap on a red-to-frosted-clear body). Gate STAT-U-007 (materially wrong integration / product fidelity is fatal). Retired. Replacement a2 uses a new brief: no hands anywhere in the batch, exact roll-on spec in every prompt. Scenes that came out real in a1 (W1-02 sticky, W1-03 pool) are kept.
