Failure: mirror reflection is not physically consistent — the reflected bottle appears far to the left of the real bottle and at a different distance, while a camera facing the mirror would see the bottle's back directly behind it. Hands removed and roll-on build correct (fixes from the 9:16 a1 note carried over). Gate STAT-U-007 (integration tells are fatal; operator sensitivity to "looks fake"). Retired; a2 adds an explicit reflection-geometry line to the prompt.
