# Proof run for the source-lock method: 3 concepts per brand, A + B (18 masters)

Status (2026-09-25 00:05Z): **all three brands built and published** in admaker-7e, because all three thread messages
expired unapproved.
- **Board:** https://vps-327b7201.vps.ovh.us/ADS/source-locked-2026-09-24/ (18 ads, each shown beside its source).
- **Wonder:** WS1–WS3 as planned.
- **CHL:** CS1 and CS2 as planned. CS3 source replaced: Arrae 148220246 is a DCO carousel, so The Mealtime Method
  125888536 is used instead.
- **RAW:** RS1–RS3 as planned, under signed historical-audit jobs. RS2 and RS3 had boxes removed per RAW's no-boxes
  rule, in revision job `statics-source-locked-2026-09-24-rev`.

Each thread builds its 3 concepts A + B into its own `…source-locked-2026-09-24` folder, publishes a board, and reports
back to admaker-7e.

Sources: `sources/` (sheet: `proof-sources.jpg`, metadata: `sources.json`). All nine come from on-disk harvests and
are not in any brand ledger. At harvest time each was:
- live 35–95 days, launched within 100 days
- top by impressions inside its advertiser
- from an advertiser running at least 162 active ads

Each one is re-verified active (`gethookd.py call get_ad`, free) on the day of the brief. Hooks below are drafts; final
copy is written with `write-pain-first-direct-response` against live facts.

| ID | brand | source (days) | archetype | inherit from the source | our execution (draft) | route-A type mode |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| RS1 | RAW | Dr. Emily Hartman 149771146 (35 d) | before-after-progression (objects) | Huge 2-word hook on top; 2×2 panels of the same object at BEFORE / 24 HOURS / 1 WEEK / 4 WEEKS; product tall in the right column | "DRY SPELL GONE." His nightstand over time: one water glass and a face-down phone → two wine glasses → her earring and hair tie → her phone charger on his side. RAW bottle in the right column. | negative-space + labels on panel gutters |
| RS2 | RAW | Duke Cannon 110794675 (93 d) | review-card still life | Product centred on a framed card over a dark textured backdrop; ★★★★★ row; the quote in caps; name tag | RAW bottle on a whisky-barrel top, framed. ★★★★★ with the verified displayed review "Never had this kind of attention before." and the tag "JASON M. · VERIFIED". | device (name tag, stars) |
| RS3 | RAW | Mercer & Fifth 132772422 (85 d) | feature-callout hero | Serif caps headline top-left; one support line; 3 icon + text callouts in a left column; product large at right; SALE block bottom-left | Pain headline (e.g. "SMELLING NICE ISN'T GETTING LAID."), 3 factual callouts (pheromone-infused, two sprays, …), RAW bottle large at right, "78% OFF TODAY ONLY" block with the bundle line. | negative-space |
| CS1 | CHL | The Lymphatic Health Project 158678386 (40 d) | comparison table | Two products on top in two columns with a divider; ✗ / ✓ rows under each; hook band at the bottom | A plain generic "FOLIC ACID" multivitamin (nothing like CHL) vs the CHL bottle; rows (has to be converted first ✗ / already active ✓ …). Bottom band: pain hook plus FIRST BOTTLE FREE. | device (table in the base layer) |
| CS2 | CHL | Nancy Anderson 109650055 (95 d) | failed-alternatives still life | One candid square photo: a hand lifts a bin lid to show the products that failed; no type on the source | Bin full of B-complex, energy shots, multivitamins and coffee pods; the CHL bottle standing on the counter beside it. Hook handwritten on a sticky note on the lid ("EVERYTHING I TRIED FOR THE FOG"). | surface (sticky note) |
| CS3 | CHL | Arrae 148220246 (39 d) | comment-reply (native) | Hand holds the product to camera; TikTok comment bubble at the top; white caption chips for the reply lower down | Hand holds the CHL bottle over a kitchen counter. | WS2 | Wonder | Orena 130952574 (56 d) | provocative "The Death Of …" hero | Black field; two-line serif headline, second line in yellow; one hand holding the product up, centred | "The Death Of The Hair Topper." | WS3 | Wonder | Pure Nutrition Mom 143326601 (63 d) | annotated before/after | Two phone photos side by side with hand-lettered "BEFORE:" / "AFTER:"; marker notes and arrows; product in the gutter; data strip below | Top-down part photos at WEEK 1 and WEEK 12, with different clothes, light and room. Marker notes: "I hid my part in every photo" → "now I part it on purpose". The bottom strip carries the bottle and the offer (no invented data). | surface (marker on the photo edges) |

Spread: 9 different archetypes. There are no repeated offer+proof device pairs, and each brand leads with pain in at
least 2 of 3 concepts.

## Execution order once the contract is resealed

1. **Setup.** Bootstrap each brand for the static workstream. For RAW, run `raw-static-job.mjs init --mode
   historical-audit`.
2. **Verify.** Re-check each source with `get_ad`. Curl each destination for today's offer and proof strings.
3. **Cards and prompts.**
   - Write `concepts.json` and sectioned prompts per brand in:
     - `brands/raw-chemistry/output/statics-source-locked-proof-2026-09-25/`
     - `brands/clean-health-lab/output/statics-source-locked-proof-2026-09-25/`
     - `WebBuildr/.../meta-statics/2026-09-25-source-locked-proof/`
   - Both `gate_concept_sources.py --ledger` and `gate_prompt_single_image.py` must print `FAIL: none`.
4. **Generate.** 18 generations, 5 at a time: B with 4 product references plus the source last, and A plates.
5. **Route-A layouts.** One hand-authored HTML per ad in the listed type mode, rendered with `render-ad-html.py`.
6. **Gates.**
   - `gate_concept_sources.py --stage generated`
   - `gates.sh`
   - `gate_distinct_layouts.py`
   - 100% label and text reads
   - 390 px phone sheet against the sources
7. **Board.** One public board with 9 concepts × A/B, each shown beside its source. Append the ledgers, then record
   history and the handoff.
