My AI videos barely moved. I made 30 product clips in Kling 3.0 Pro this week and a lot of them came out almost still.

Same photos, same model. The difference was the sentence. The clips that moved named a camera move, gave it a speed and gave the subject one action. The ones that sat there had words like "slow", "gentle" or "holds steady" in them. 4 of my 5 stillest clips had one of those words, and across all 30, those prompts moved 40% less.

The four moves that worked: orbit the product, fly through something, rise and spin from above, and one big action for the subject.
