Spent the weekend having Claude go through 1,617 Instagram posts from 69 accounts. AI designers, Meta ads people, creators.

I was sure the caption would matter. It mostly didn't. The winners and the flops open their captions the same way. Pretty much all of it came down to the cover.

Slide 2 is my favorite. A guy in bed saying Claude Code is ruining his life did 200 times his usual views.
