Research & strategy

  • Reviewed and sorted Dog Academy’s public reviews (642 on Trustpilot, plus Yelp and BBB) by problem, objection and result
  • Researched how owners describe each problem in dog-owner communities
  • Chose a real, named customer review to use as proof in each ad
  • Studied long-running competitor video ads and broke down 15 proven scripts
  • Researched how to keep ad copy from sounding AI-written

Scriptwriting

  • Eight voiceover scripts, several drafts each
  • Read-aloud and persuasion testing against a proven competitor ad
  • Headline and primary text for each ad

Art direction & design

  • Eight distinct animation styles, including a Halloween-timed gothic stop-motion ad
  • Style tests, a video-engine comparison and a narrator voice test
  • Character sheets for every dog and person; set designs for every location

Shot design & prompting

  • One shot per line of narration, about 130 shots in total
  • A written image prompt and a motion prompt for every shot

Animation & quality control

  • Every scene image checked twice before animation (characters, anatomy, match to narration)
  • A locked first frame for each ad, with every later scene checked against it and a full line-up check before animation
  • AI animation of every shot (Kling 3.0 Pro)
  • Frame-by-frame review of every clip
  • Fixed problems such as the dog changing appearance mid-shot, the dog running the wrong way, and characters disappearing

Voice, music & editing

  • Narration recorded line by line, with pauses timed by hand
  • Music and sound mixed to Meta’s loudness level
  • Word-timed captions, a customer review card, the “80,000+ owners” counter and a Book Now end card
  • Final 1080×1920 videos, plus lighter versions for phones

Revisions & delivery

  • Revision rounds on timing, scene logic and character consistency
  • Review page for each ad and one Dog Academy gallery page for all eight
  • Ad copy files, plus notes on trainer-method lines for Dog Academy to confirm
