What changed from v24

Cast broadened. The 2026-09-09 brief said to prioritise Afro/textured hair; v24 applied it to the whole cast. Now: Latina (W03), white (W04, W07), South Asian (W05), East Asian 40s (W06), Black 30s (W08). Product-only plates carry the rest.

Two before / after ads. W07 crown part line Day 1 → Week 11, sparse and see-through to dense and closed. W08 front hairline Day 1 → Week 11, receded broken temples to full laid edges. Same woman on each side, same angle, same light, clinical grey. Both are generated illustrations and say so in fine print; they sit inside the same NOT FOR LAUNCH gate as every other claim here.
