Product integration test

Same API, same bottle reference, same endpoint as v21. Only the prompt changed: the bottle is now physically handled, occluded by fingers or hair, and relit by the scene's own key light instead of standing in a corner as a pack shot.

**T1 — held** · fingers wrap and occlude the label, glass picks up her key light

**T2 — applying** · actually dosing the scalp, oil falling, grip and cast shadow. Strongest of the three

**T3 — resting** · same surface, same shadow direction, hair passing in front of the glass

Trade-off to solve if this rolls out: T1 and T3 lose the clean upper band the headline needs. T2 keeps it. Rollout would pair the interaction with bottom-weighted framing.
