No — the lineage board was about a quarter of it.

It showed 360 finals from 18 revisions. This shows 1459 across 44, and it adds the three things that were entirely absent: all 282 plates, the 17 revisions that were never staged (v1–v7, v9, v11–v14, diary-anonymous, growth-v18, v22–v24), and the 63 masters that only ever existed in the published hosted folders because v22r1, v28r1, v29r1 and the v21 integration test were rendered straight to their mounts.

Four revisions don't use a final/ folder at all and were invisible to the first pass: v8 (shortlist / comparisons / reviews), v10 (breakage / brush / identity / oil), and v15 and v16, which hold 131 frames each across angle-1…angle-5.

Source PNGs on disk match the brief exactly (786 final + 282 plates + 330 odd-layout + 63 hosted = 1461). Derivatives number 1459 because of two deliberate, documented deltas.

• 2026-09-10-v8 -12 — v8's 31 PNGs include 12 byte-identical duplicates: final/{comparisons,reviews,shortlist}/ and review/final/{comparisons,reviews,shortlist}/ hold the same 12 files (md5-verified identical). Collapsed to 19 unique (kind,stem) derivatives. Duplicate paths listed in duplicates-2026-09-10-v8.json.
• 2026-09-18-v37r1 +10 — A 37th revision directory carrying a final/ dir, 2026-09-18-v37r1 (10 finals), was created at 16:21-16:22 UTC on 2026-09-18 while this staging pass was running; it did not exist in the brief's inventory of 36 revision dirs / 786 finals. Confirmed stable (no file or count change over 45s) before staging. On-disk final total is now 796 across 37 revision dirs.

What is deliberately not here: the source trees hold 3,934 PNGs in total. The 2475 not staged are QA overlays and full-page screenshots, Remotion public/ plates and masks, site/assets/ copies of the same finals, plates/rejected-* and plates/prev*, and the earlier 360-image staging. Those are working files, not creative frames. If you want the rejected plates specifically, say so — they are a real set and I left them out on purpose.

• v38 — “The one, these are all good. No problem with these.”
• v21 — “I also really like version 21. These are good too, man. I don't really have anything wrong with these.”

Closed permanently — no in-image CTA, anywhere. “We also don't need the CTAs anymore. We know that now we don't need those things.” This went against my own recommendation to keep an offer-bearing pill on product-aware ads. Your call stands and I won't raise it again.

v35: “kind of more the same, man. We just have some issues.” Not itemised — so I have not frozen v35 as the register the way the v39 spec assumed. Tell me the issues, or I'll infer them from the v36 and v37 notes since it's the same type system.

v36: the trust circle overlapping the chrome. I'm reading “we can get rid of that” as the overlap and moving the roundel clear rather than deleting it. Say the word if you meant the “$14 first bottle” and “skip or cancel” lines instead.
