What changed
All 30 variations have revised typography in both native formats: oversized condensed problem words, handwritten emphasis, editorial serif compositions, taped personal notes, curved annotations, checklists and ingredient stamps. Alignment, scale, line rhythm and emphasis vary within the concepts. The photos stay recognizable and product labels stay clear.
What carries forward
Five angles, ten concepts and the strongest hooks remain. The exact W41 brush + bottle and W42 SNAP originals are retained. Six fictional Hair Diary studies remain unchanged in their own collection. v11 remains available with its feedback.
How to compare
Each trio uses the same photograph per format but changes hook and composition together. These are creative direction comparisons, not isolated copy tests. Feed and Stories retain separate source photography and independently composed layouts.
Evidence
The existing Foreplay archive contains 166 unique records across eight brands. Longevity is a reference signal, not proof of CPA, ROAS or profitable ad sets. This revision uses that existing research and the operator’s visual feedback; it does not claim a new competitive research sweep.
Few-drops directions, scalp-and-ends use and single-ingredient clarity are grounded in product evidence. New photography is synthetic editorial imagery, not customer outcome evidence. Hair Diary remains a fictional internal design study.
