Nothing on that list is missing. This file records that, plus the near-misses and
deliberate exclusions, so nothing is silently omitted.

## Directories named in the brief that yielded no hits

These were searched and every frame in them was opened on a contact sheet. They hold
product, bottle-in-hand, brush, flat-lay and lifestyle plates — no hair-state comparison
and no exposed scalp — so nothing from them met the hit definition.

- `2026-09-10-v10/review/final/breakage/`, `brush/`, `identity/` — 0 hits.
  Only `oil/O3-45` and `oil/O3-916` ("YOUR SCALP GETS SKIPPED") qualified, and those
  dedupe to `2026-09-10-v9/review/final/oil/`.
- `2026-09-11-v15` and `-v16` `angle-1` … `angle-5` — 0 hits. All 720 files across
  v11–v16 and their `hosted/` mirrors are the same product/lifestyle angle matrix;
  they collapse to 60 unique frames, all screened, none a comparison or scalp reveal.
- `2026-09-10-v8/final/shortlist/` — 0 hits (W41–W44 are ends/brush plates).
  `comparisons/` (W71, W72) and `reviews/` (W71-R2, W72-R2) from the same revision
  **are** staged.
- `2026-09-10-v11` and `-v12` `plates/rejected-framing/` — 0 hits. 13 files each,
  byte-identical between the two revisions; all product/lifestyle framing rejects.

## Frames that exist but were deliberately not staged

- **Ruler / grid debug overlays.** `2026-09-18-v38/crop/ruler-W07b.png`,
  `ruler-W08b.png`, `ruler-ba-r2.png`, `ruler-ba-r3.png`, `grid-1.png`, `grid-2.png`
  do contain the W07/W08 before-afters, but carry measurement rulers and gridlines.
  Excluded per the brief's "no ruler/grid debug images". The clean equivalents are
  staged as `2026-09-18-v38-crop-45-final-W07.jpg` and `-W08.jpg`.
- **v29 `plates/BA-*`.** Present on disk, but byte-identical to v27/v28. Collapsed by
  md5 and listed under `duplicate_source_paths` on
  `2026-09-17-v27 plates BA-edges-L / BA-edges-R` and
  `2026-09-17-v28 plates BA-part-L / BA-part-R`.
- **Competitor before/after references.** `hosted/meta-statics-v9|v10/research/R###.png`
  and `2026-09-16-obvi-v17/review/references/` hold real before/after and scalp images
  (Georgemane, Divi, Act+Acre, Obvi). They were scraped for benchmarking, not generated
  for Botana Wonder Serum, so they are out of scope here. Say the word and they can be
  staged as a separate `references/` group.
- **Video frames.** `research/video-refresh-20260907/{triage,sequences}/W07-*.jpg`,
  `W08-*.jpg` and `research/revision-v12/selection/W08-*.jpg` match the W07/W08 tokens
  but are UGC video stills of a woman holding the bottle — opened and screened, no scalp
  and no comparison.
- **`ailen-scalp-routine.webp`** (9 copies across `candidates/v12`–`v17`,
  `hosted/v12`–`v20r1`, `releases/`, `research/revision-v12/exports`). Matches the
  `scalp` token; screened — it is a bottle-in-hand PDP asset with no scalp visible.
- **QA overlays, masks, `remotion/public/`, `site*/assets/`, `thumbs/`, contact sheets,
  and `verify-*` / `evolution-*` composites** — excluded per the brief.

## Two revisions that did not exist when this search started

`2026-09-18-v35r1`, `2026-09-18-v36r1` and `2026-09-18-v37r2` were not in the
`research/meta-statics/` listing taken at the start of this pass but were present by the
gap sweep. They were searched in full. v35r1 contributed 4 hits (`W07-45`, `W07-916`,
`W08-45`, `W08-916`); v36r1 and v37r2 contributed 0.
