It's built from the same truck-space pricing our crew uses on site. If what's there matches what you picked, that's your price. If it's different, the crew shows you the adjusted number before loading — you can say no and pay nothing.
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave it outside, in an open garage or on the curb, and text us a photo. We'll send a photo when it's gone and you pay by link.
What does same-day cost?
Nothing if you book before noon. Between noon and 3 PM it's a flat $39 to re-route a crew. Tomorrow and later have no rush fee.
Do you go outside Seattle?
Yes. Core Seattle has no travel fee. Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Shoreline, Renton, Burien and nearby add a small travel fee; Everett, Tacoma and the outer ring add a bit more. Your ZIP sets it automatically.
Stairs, basements, apartments?
Included. Walk-ups, attics, crawlspaces and backyards are all part of the price — no per-flight fees.
Do you do whole cleanouts, hoarding or estate jobs?
