Medical, dental & clinics

Cleaned the way a clinic has to be.

Exam rooms, operatories, waiting rooms and restrooms, cleaned after your last patient leaves and finished long before your first one arrives.

  • Color-coded microfiber, so restroom cloths never touch an exam room
  • Disinfectants on the EPA's registered list, left on for their full contact time
  • Touch points first: door handles, chair arms, counters, light switches
  • Charts, screens and paperwork left exactly where they were

At the walkthrough, ask to see insurance, bonding, background checks and bloodborne-pathogen training records. Any cleaner in a clinic should have them on hand.

Questions

Before you book

How accurate is the estimate?

It's a range built from Douglas County labor costs and typical cleaning times for your type of building. The walkthrough sets a firm monthly price, and most buildings land inside the range. Heavy-traffic floors, lots of restrooms or special equipment can push it up.

What happens at the walkthrough?

About 30 minutes on site, at a time that suits you, before or after hours. We walk every room with you, ask what's being missed now and send a written checklist and firm price, usually the next business day.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

We'll go over the agreement terms at the walkthrough, including how either side can end it. You'll see them in writing before anything starts.

Who supplies paper towels, soap and liners?

Either works. We can restock your restrooms and bill the product at cost plus a small handling fee, or use what you buy.

Do you clean during the day?

Most work is after hours so nobody's in your way. For busy clinics, lobbies and restrooms, a day porter can keep things up between patients.

Can you start quickly if our current cleaner quit?

Tell us at booking. Walkthroughs start the next business day, and we'll tell you honestly how soon a crew can start.
