1. Who we are
These terms are an agreement between you and CleanHealthLab CONFIRM: legal entity name, for example "CleanHealthLab LLC" ("CleanHealthLab", "we", "us"). They cover cleanhealthlab.com and everything you buy from us (the "Services"). Our address is 906 38th Street, Bellingham, WA 98229, United States. You can reach us at support@cleanhealthlab.com or (360) 223-4460.
By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Subscription Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Please read section 17. It says disputes are settled by individual arbitration, not in court or in a class action.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age where you live, to buy from us. The information you give us must be true, current and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account login safe and for everything done in your account.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are offering to buy. We accept your order when we ship it. We may refuse, limit or cancel any order, or any part of one, before or after we accept it, including orders that:
- break our free-offer or promotion rules;
- look fraudulent or use a payment card that is not yours;
- are linked to an earlier chargeback or payment dispute;
- ship to a freight forwarder or reshipping address;
- are for resale (our products are for personal use only, and you may not resell them on Amazon, eBay or any other marketplace);
- contain a pricing or product error.
If we cancel an order you paid for, we refund what you paid.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. You pay the price shown when you place your order. Taxes and any shipping cost are shown at checkout. If a price on our site is wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you, even after it is confirmed. You confirm that you are allowed to use the payment card you give us.
5. Free offers and promotions
- The free first bottle is limited to one per person, per household or shipping address, per billing address and per payment card, for each product.
- Any further free-bottle order that matches an earlier one is not allowed and will be canceled. We may refuse or cancel any order that tries to get around this limit, for example by using other names, email addresses, phone numbers, address variations or payment cards.
- To enforce these limits we compare order details, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, shipping and billing addresses, payment cards, devices and IP addresses.
- Each promotion is limited to the terms shown with it. Promotions cannot be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and can be changed or ended at any time.
6. Subscriptions
When you subscribe, your first bottle is free and ships free. Your subscription includes your first refill, which ships 2 months later at the price shown at checkout, then a bottle every 2 months. By subscribing, you authorize us to store your payment details and charge them for each refill at the price shown at checkout, plus any tax. If a payment fails, we may try your card again. The full terms are in our Subscription Policy, which is part of these terms.
7. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier. Our Shipping Policy explains costs, times and what to do about late, lost or damaged packages.
8. Returns and refunds
Every bottle you pay for comes with our 60-day money-back guarantee, even if opened. The details are in our Refund Policy.
9. Health information
Our products are dietary supplements. They are not medicines and are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Content on our site is for general information and is not medical advice. Read the label before use, and talk to your doctor if you are pregnant or nursing, take prescription medicine, or have a medical condition.

10. Reviews and content you send us
If you send us a review, photo, video, comment or idea ("Feedback"), you give us a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, edit, publish and share it in any media, including in advertising, with your first name and last initial or handle. You confirm the Feedback is yours, is true, and tells us if you were paid or given anything for it. We may remove any Feedback for any reason.
11. Our content
Everything on our site, including our name, logo, text, images, video, reviews and design, belongs to CleanHealthLab or its licensors and is protected by law. You may use the site for your own personal shopping only. You may not copy, reuse or sell any of it without our written permission.
12. What you may not do
You may not:
- break any law, or help someone else do so;
- open more than one account, or use other names, emails, addresses or cards, to claim a free offer or promotion more than once;
- buy to resell;
- use bots, scrapers or automated tools on our site or checkout;
- try to get into accounts or systems that are not yours, or upload harmful code;
- post false, misleading or abusive content, or pretend to be someone else;
- harass or abuse our staff.
We may suspend or close your account and refuse future orders if you break these terms.
13. Third-party tools and links
Our site may link to or use tools run by other companies. We do not control them and are not responsible for them. Using them is at your own risk and under their terms.
14. Relationship with Shopify
CleanHealthLab is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with CleanHealthLab. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and CleanHealthLab, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with CleanHealthLab.
15. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information. Because our store runs on Shopify, Shopify also processes some of your information under Shopify's Privacy Policy, and your information may be processed in other countries.
16. Warranties and liability
EXCEPT FOR OUR 60-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE AND WHERE THE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW IT, THE SERVICES AND OUR PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, CLEANHEALTHLAB, SHOPIFY AND OUR AFFILIATES, STAFF, PARTNERS AND SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THE CLAIM IS ABOUT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to defend and hold harmless CleanHealthLab, Shopify and our affiliates from third-party claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from your breach of these terms, your breach of any law, or your misuse of the Services.
17. Disputes and arbitration CONFIRM: counsel to approve this section
- Talk to us first. Before starting any claim, email support@cleanhealthlab.com with your name, order number and what you want. We both agree to try to settle it within 60 days.
- If we cannot, you and CleanHealthLab agree that any dispute about the Services, our products or these terms will be settled by binding individual arbitration under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and not in court. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court.
- You and CleanHealthLab each give up the right to a jury trial and to take part in a class action, class arbitration or representative action.
- You can opt out of this section by emailing support@cleanhealthlab.com within 30 days of your first order, with your name, address and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration.
- If the class action waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim goes to court and this arbitration section does not apply to it.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington and applicable US federal law CONFIRM: Washington law. Any case allowed in court will be heard in the state or federal courts in Whatcom County, Washington CONFIRM: Whatcom County venue.
19. Other terms
- We may end your access to the Services at any time. Sections 5, 10, 11, 12, 16, 17, 18 and 19 still apply after that.
- If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
- If we do not enforce a term, we have not given it up.
- These terms and the policies named in them are the whole agreement between us. If a promotion's own terms conflict with these, the promotion's terms apply.
- You may not transfer these terms to anyone. We may transfer them.
- Headings are for convenience only.
- We may change these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. The version in place when you place an order applies to that order.
