Top-band fix — identical art, moved clear of Meta’s header
Meta’s unified 9:16 safe zone (March 2026) reserves the top 14% — 269px of 1920 for the Stories/Reels header. Fourteen V10 concepts had the first line of the headline sitting inside it. The shaded bands below are Meta’s reserved areas; the solid line is the 269px boundary.
What changed, exactly
- One constant in Remotion: the 9:16 overlay top moved from
250to290, exposed asmetaSafeTopso it composes with each concept’s existing layout revision rather than replacing it. - Nothing was retypeset, resized, reflowed or regenerated. Verified by alignment test: every changed master is the previous render translated straight down, residual difference 1.6–16.7 of 255 — antialiasing only.
- The 4:5 masters are untouched. Feed lays no UI over the image, so there is nothing to clear.
- The nineteen other concepts were already clear and were carried over byte-identical. The V11 line was built to a 269px box from the start.
- No on-image CTA moved into the bottom 35% band — the lowest overlay ink across the set is y=992, and the band starts at y=1248.
